A Return request must be raised within 3 days, after receipt (Not applicable for custom rug)

Call us on +91-8287365990 or email at sales@therugsstory.com to raise the return request

Return the product in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.

Do not use, wash, alter/tamper or soil the rug.

Item must have the original packing, labels and tags intact while the return

In case you receive a damaged/defective item, notify us within 24 hours of receipt with a picture of the rug at sales@therugsstory.com

A damaged item will not be eligible for return

Whenever you choose to ship the item, dispatch it within 24 hours of raising the return request.

On receipt of the returned item, it goes through a quality check. If the item is damage-free, we will initiate the refund process within 24 hours

International orders- Return policy is applicable on manufacturing defects only.
