1. Return Eligibility & Process
• A return request must be raised within 3 days of receipt. (Not applicable for custom rugs)
• Call us at +91-8287365990 or email sales@therugsstory.com to initiate a return.
• The product must be in the same condition as delivered, with original packing, labels, and tags intact.
• Do not use, wash, alter/tamper, or soil the rug.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 24 hours of receipt with a picture at sales@therugsstory.com.
• If the damage is due to transit or a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item.
• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or external factors will not be eligible for return or replacement.
3. Return Shipping & Refund
• If returning, the item must be dispatched within 24 hours of raising the request.
• The return shipping cost and arrangement of sending the rugs back to our manufacturing unit shall be borne by the customer in case of return
• Once received, the item undergoes a quality check. If approved, the refund is initiated within 24 hours.
• International Orders: Returns are applicable only for manufacturing defects.
