  • A Return request must be raised within 3 days, after receipt (Not applicable for custom rug)
  • Call us on +91-8287365990 or email at sales@therugsstory.com to raise the return request
  • Return the product in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
  • Do not use, wash, alter/tamper or soil the rug.
  • Item must have the original packing, labels and tags intact while the return
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective item, notify us within 24 hours of receipt with a picture of the rug at sales@therugsstory.com

  • A damaged item will not be eligible for return
  • Whenever you choose to ship the item, dispatch it within 24 hours of raising the return request.
  • On receipt of the returned item, it goes through a quality check. If the item is damage-free, we will initiate the refund process within 24 hours
  • International orders- Return policy is applicable on manufacturing defects only.
