- Return in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective item, notify us within 24 hours of receipt with a picture of the rug at sales@therugsstory.com. We will replace it without any cost after examining the returned items
- Return the item within 7 days of the receipt (Not applicable for custom rug)
- Return in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
- Do not use, wash, alter/tamper or soil the rug.
- A damaged item will not be eligible for return.
- We will initiate the refund or replacement process once the item is received and passes through quality inspection.
- International- Return policy is applicable on manufacturing defects only.
